Had the pleasure of having Shengli (guitar, vocals) and Karyn (keyboard, vocals) perform at my wedding, with Karyn doubling as emcee as well. The guests had a wonderful evening - Shengli and Karyn have a wide repertoire of songs, have amazing chemistry, and an irrepressible energy.

"We engaged both Sheng Li and Karyn for our wedding at The Summerhouse and it was the best decision we made for our big day. They were both really engaging and a number of our wedding guests specifically reached out and said how they had loved the music and emcee-ing.  They played the songs beautifully and created the perfect ambience in the venue. They blended both our Chinese and English song requests together to keep both my British family and my Husband's Chinese family entertained, moving around the venue so that both sides of the room felt part of the experience. They talked to the guests, entertained the kids, got everyone dancing and generally created a lovely mood for the whole event.  They are both very professional and upbeat, always smiling and really do go the extra mile. They provided slips on the tables so that our guests could write down messages to us to be read out over the microphone, and learnt new song requests specifically for us.  Karyn is very bubbly and able to engage everyone with her Emcee-ing. She kept everything on track with our speeches, toast, cake cut etc and really reduced the stress on us on the day.  We would both highly recommend them for weddings and other events.
